I noticed something odd with packets of 20 b&H Silvers the other week and it got stranger yesterday, i noticed it whilst destorying a mates packet of fags :weee:

If you look inside the top of the lid there is a symbol, then if you look behind the fags there is some strange quote. I cant remember all of the ones i have read but the ones i can are :

what is deja vu?

Was Notradamus right?

There was something about dolphins and fish, These seem to be random packets.

They are quotes to make you think? I will try and find them out and post em here, could be a great discussion point :weee:

wtf im so confussed :p

my mate (well a 50 yr old or so customer in my pub) pointed out to me that marlborough lights have 3 k symbols on them representing the KKK .. think he was jus windin me up tho 😛

Yeah i have seen that before, its a load of cobblers lol! someone once told me it was them supporting them.

the Marlboro/KKK urban legend was around when I was a teen and was proven to be bollocks back then.

Tobacco companies view developing countries as a valuable market and the last thing they would want to be seen as as racist, particularly when in these global nanny state days they often need licenses to sell their brands in certain countries so could easily be blocked from access to their market

OTOH this is clearly a sales ploy aimed at stoners/ravers – who else would methodically take apart and inspect an empty cigarette packet? :laugh_at:

i gave a police man a cigi the other night while i sat in the riot van

i was walking home from the pub and the riot van went flying past me, i carried on with my walk home, as i was walking through the park some lads where coming straight for me *in an angry manner!* then some copper started shouting ”police!” after questioning if i was with them he said sit in the van for a min while we move them on …

”last night a copper saved my life” …

might try and get it on the next ‘NOW’ compilation …

off the subject of cigi packets but a single cigi was involved!

I used to collect those quotes! Wen i say collect i had about 5, but on one desperate occasion they all got used for roach. What a waste.

Yeah was a night barman in a hotel, used to get the coppers in drinking coffee and smoking when they were waiting to bust raves at the weekend:cry: . Bastards, i had to serve them
