For sure. 😀 I party most weekends, so I have a pretty good idea as to which party crews consistently deliver good, quality parties, and which are somewhat lacklustre. 🙂 Would be cool to meet some more Party Vibe peepz too!
Anyway, again, I apologise for the moaning, don’t want people to think I’m too much of a chin-stroking bastard! 🙂
venue was uncomfortably rammed at times. sound system wasnt all that. tickets were cheap if you bought early, security were mostly rude meat heads, at the end pretty much hearded everybody out the door shouting ‘go home’ not nice atmosphere to finish the night at all. decor was non-existent pretty much. But had an ace time, good to meet up with people even tho i didnt do that much socialising as was way to busy dancing. 12+ hrs dancing has aged my body by about 50 years tho, feel totally broken today. where did everybody disapperea to anyway? was just me and mush left at the end. went to the after party, stayed there till 12 then the whole party headed next door and invaded this quite posh pub, left at about 7.30pm and got back to a sofa and collapsed! all good fun, but no-way that i was gonna make it to bom shanka that night! bit of a shame as reckon that would have been amazing.
whats on next weekend the?! :wink:raaa:hopeless::yawn:
process-Dude you’re a machine! i can’t believe how long you danced for. I took salvation on a sofa around half 4-5 i think we left around half five! I’m still recovering :S or maybe i caught a bug if so i blame the london underground for that :p Chicken soup makes everything better according to my mother.(i’ve forgotten how to do that quote thing even though p0ly has told me a million times)

yeah i do love a good dance! 😉 even managed to keep going when i got to the after party from 7-12! was starting to struggle towards the end tho, that pub was a godsend at the end! four pints of erdingger with lemon in was soo nice!
i caught some random throat infection thing, but its cleared up by today so think it was just exhaustion rather than actual illness. we should all go to a proper squat party next time, had good time at that party, but the illegal ones are lot better imo!
ha ha. I think i would of danced for longer but people got tired which made me feel tired. yes that bed was uncomfortable altho i was still greatful for some rest! Ive never been to an illegal party, one day! I feel more alive already after this chicken soup. I think i caught a cold or something minorrr
oh hang on p0ly i did go to that shitty canal rave once with u n people didnt i HAHA. it was terrible!

good illegal psy parties pretty much every weekend in london, ill let you and poly know about the next one coming up. there was one on the sat which would have been good, but no way i could have done two nights in a row…
I’ve got my bed back WOOO! :laugh_at:
I had a pretty good time there … chatted to the psy-chi people who seem to be at every party.
no where near as good as some of the squat psy events i’ve been to tho.

Not that I know of. I went to their Awakening parties in Reading a few years ago, but I heard the crew moved to Bristol. Don’t know them personally tho, so not so sure about that one. All I know is that they aren’t doing parties in Reading anymore, and I’ve not seen them do anything in London either. Think they may be involved in a few small festivals…
TBH Julz is a few years my senior so might have calmed down a lot, he was already scaling back involvement in free parties when I lived in Reading as there were disagreements between him and the other free party crews.
Glade split everyone down the middle as it was initially done as a substitute for free parties and some folk said those involved were “selling out” to TVP.
I’ve not been to Reading for 4 years but have heard its become a lot harder to do events in the town in some venues, although plug and play might still be doing well…
Aye, Plug ‘n’ Play are, I believe, still doing events. Most of the underground dance music nights tend to be in Bar Iguana though, and they are mostly in the form of breakcore, dubstep, breaks, etc. Don’t think Reading is particularly partial to 4/4 music!
I do believe it was a top night – vague memories which I regret slightly as I don’t remember the very thing I came to see! Sorry I lost Process & MJ…and thanks to Daft for the bed. Sat was a struggle, back to Yorkshire, didn’t make it to bed til 2 then up at 9 and had to drive to N.Wales – just got back. All good though – definitely required after 2.5 months at sea! Look forward to the next one!
luv ya
