well again – they had a choice…..they made the wrong one and Adam even tried to weasel his way out of it…SHE made me do it lol

We all have the tendency to sin….it’s just naturally more exciting…..as a Christian I say Adam and Eve….u might say evolution or genes or whatnot…….

‘sides, God knew there would eventually be a way out……very radical and extreme but necessary. I don’t agree that He is a bully.

And before the arrows start flying – I’m just replying to his post peeps……maybe I should’ve left it alone but oh well…..

well it’s just gotten so out of hand….I think most peeps don’t really understand what I REALLY believe or how I worship bc of the culture diff….it’s just getting to be….upsetting

Maybe let the furor die down a bit….we can chat til then

Don’t think anyone thinks they can make you an atheist (they know a faithful christian/lost cause when they see one :wink:)… If you are going to go online and start stating things as fact though, you are going to have to get used to people asking you to back up the facts with some sort of argument/evidence…

So it’s not people trying to convert you to atheism – just people not taking “because I said so”, or “because he said so” as terribly good arguments for a philosophical debate (which is what you will get if you post on a discussion forum )…

Well, it’s just that people asking me to view videos of atheists and stuff….get the distinct feeling you’d be happy if I was one! I USED to be one, but I was DEF NOT happy! With my case, it was a ‘prove it to me’ thing, experience based, not something I can easily describe. From 1994-97 I’d be right wioth y’all, bashing the ‘religious nuts’. I was an atheist-Objectivist (philosophy of Ayn Rand)….everything was reason and proof. Well, in MY case, I got that proof! It def. wasn’t just I blindly started believing in God! I don’t wish anyone to go thru what I had to, but it was necessary in my case.

K enuff rambling…need more Senseo!!! 😉

Hey Amy – you ask me to read books about peoples religious experiences, i ask you to read dawkins books – thats how it works – no offence, or conversion (on my part at least) just learning
