Perhaps this should be changed to “New Psychoactive Substances”? All these compounds are now restricted in just about every country in the World, and the UK is going to put the rest of them on the main controlled drugs list around June (Germany and many other EU countries have already done so).
The term “legal” is increasingly a misnomer (and never was that accurate anyway as product safety laws are regularly used to seize them from dealers worldwide).
