  • Not sure where to put this so religion seemed fine.

How can anybody with respect for themself and their customers allow themself doing something like that for religious or culturas reasons.

    What a swine

Hope you don’t eat there GL

A takeaway chef wiped his bottom using his hands before preparing food because he does not use toilet paper for ‘cultural reasons’, a court heard.
Mahbub Chowdhury, 46, from Swindon, was found to have a filthy bottle in the kitchen of Yeahya Flavour of Asia, which inspectors concluded was covered in faecal matter.
When questioned, he said he filled the empty milk bottle with water from the kitchen taps before using it to clean his backside after going to the toilet.

No, but I have travelled to Swindon and the surrounding area for raves. it is a shithole and equally bad for those of any colour and religion.

This idiot would get in equal trouble in Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta or Istanbul – Muslims get just as unwell from poor hygiene at the WC. IMO people who corrupt religion like this are often mentally unstable psychopaths who whilst not carrying out openly hostile acts are subtly sabotaging society. I’ve had to deal with similar situations myself from young non religious people who were not previously bad – folk can just slowly tip over the edge due to the pressures of life.

There is absolutely nothing in Islam forbidding the use of toilet paper (invented by the Chinese) and in countries such as Malaysia it is provided as well as sometimes the European style bidet; the religious rules encourage as much cleanliness as practicable and are quite rational given the faith originated in hot countries where disease can spread rapidly.

Nor is the low level squat toilet required by Islam (or unique to Muslim nations) – especially as generations of British Asians have endured the trauma of having to use one when visiting relatives in their ancestral countries; when there was a rumour they would be installed at a mosque in Northern England all the younger brothers and sisters said they would be forced to return home if they needed the WC and it would thus interrupt everyones Salah and cause traffic problems – this idea was soon abandoned.

One interesting bit of Islamic toilet culture is a person should enter and leave with the right foot first (might be because of the risk of snakes etc so you’d only get bit on one foot) – and whilst using the WC they should pray to give thanks that it is servicable and clean; and that they do not have any health problems preventing them using the WC !

    Jesus christ…….

there is a great lack of clarity amongst Christians as to whether praying during a visit to the WC is holy or not (although in certain social situations it is virtuous to endeavour to use one rather than being violently ill upon the floor) – my personal beliefs (which may or may not be in line with the Vatican) are if you end up on your knees there crouched over the toilet bowl it is a sign that you have badly overindulged :laugh_at:

Or have had a badly cooked curry lol.
