Not sure if they will give info to randoms until license is confirmed, as for all they know you could be a nimby local or a journo…
There are good reasons why they keep this a bit secret, one being that its in fact a legal event but not everyone living where it is held agrees with the land being used for this purpose, so a bit more planning needs to be put into the license application. This is after all on some familys business premises so they aren’t gonna want to fuck up their long term livelihood or standing within their local community.
