  • You think the media would have learned by now: don’t bring Russell Brand onto your show, especially if it’s live, if you’re not able to keep up with him. Otherwise he will run away with it and embarrass the hell out of you while doing so. Well done Russell, keep it up.

    gota love him 🙂

If he didn’t love himself so much I’d probably find him tolerable, perhaps even funny.

…the condition of an extrovert, but i love him and he’s really on it 🙂

I used to be a big big fan of Russell Brand. Even though he was a big celebrity he still had an appreciation for culture and knowledge whilst adhering to pretty liberal views. All these traits I really respected. I’ve never been a fan of extroverts but he was a big exception.

Now hes preaching spirituality when hes one of the most vainest and materialistic person on the planet. He married someone who represents everything I have about pop culture (her music is obnoxious and frankly aesthetically offensive) Goes into any old blockbuster pile of shite just to brown nose Hollywood. To top it of all his stand ups are about me me me. I see him in an interview and its me me me- Jesus christ hes a right fucking bore now.

I probably shouldn’t judge on famous people but he is a huge huge disappointment to me 🙁

Did you really think Izbeck that his fame increased his head would get smaller?

Its not so much the narcissm, its the selling out. At one point hes making a documentry about jack karouak, next hes clapping like a seal to those squaking glittering twits at the MTV awards (historically an initialism of music television)

“Perhaps if we could popularise through the techniques of branding and consumerism, a different idea, a different narrative, perhaps the world can change. After all it changes constantly and incessantly, it’s just the perceptions that we have are governed by people with self-interest and are not inalignment with the health and safety of us as individuals or as a planet.” -Russell Brand.

Say Russell, how much did that outfit cost you again ?

man I love him, not bad for an exjunkie.
