  • The sexual urge is the most powerful biological drive next to the need for food water and sleep. Sexual activity should be a healthful and pleasant experience. However many people face disappointment, anxiety, humiliation and frustration because their sexual functioning is not proper. Impotence and frigidity are the cause of great anguish.

Sexual dysfunction is a common medical condition. It is defined as inability to get or keep sufficient sexual strength for satisfactory sexual union. It may affect men of any age, race, and background. Most cases of sexual dysfunction are associated with common medical lifestyle conditions.

Factors like consumption of tobacco, alcohol, late marriage, increased mental stress and strain at job, diabetes, blood pressure, lack of nutrition and adulteration in food and social and family liabilities etc. lead to sexual dysfunction.

    :weee:

Also things like food intolerance that inflames the gut can have the same effect due to the inflammation turning off local muscles like the pelvic floor. Having a weak pelvic floor will also do it.

First check your diet for gluten or lactose intolerance (over 2/3 of adult humans are lactose intolerant!), and any other common intolerance. Then start working on building up your pelvic floor muscles.

well thanks for that pitch on sexuality

That’s true. Sexual urge is hard to resist. But once it has been satisfied then you are like deprived of food, water, and sleep as it takes too much of your energy.

There are other reasons it could break down as well that are purely psychosomatic and these tend to become more and more circular. Expect to fail and you shall!

What’s that now? Nah, I just get up, grab some food and a drink and then head back for more.

I like to eat my partner after having sex with them, this fills up your belly, but also the blood is like a health drink full of iron so my thirst is quenched as well (I get irritable when I’m thirsty), after having a good munch I’ll just drop of to sleep easily. Only problem with this is my GF turnover is a lot higher then average, it’s a lot of hard work having to replace them every day.

Let’s discuss how sexuality evolved, how it is defined and talk about the journey of sexuality. Let’s get one thing clear from the get-go: Sexuality is not simply “doing it.” Doing “it” is sex. Which is, in its own right, a very good thing but not what we’re really focusing on.
