so dont know how much interest anyone has in cooking, (except daft) but thought it could be nice to share and get some ideas from any of you…
ok, so this is a meal that i had something very similar to when i was in israel i lived on a kibbutz with gf and on shabbat everyone cooked, shared food and ate together… i think this is better with good quality (expensive :s) tomatoes, but tinned is ok also… the one we had on the kibbutz didn’t have chickpeas, and again it takes a little more effort, but will be better with chickpeas not from tin… his way is easy tho, and tasty 🙂 … this type of food is great, u just leave it and check occasionally and u get great tasting food
My favourite video recipe has to be a video smoothie! Just take 2 videos, slice thinly and place in a blender with milk and vanilla ice cream, mix it all up for 5 seconds and then drink – fackin’ laaavly!

I make a badass beef stew and dumplings, but I’m guessing that’s pretty straightforward and doesn’t really require much instruction, except for my own little twist – add some sweet potato.

A lot of my fav things to cook/eat are pretty simple too, tbh sometimes the simple dishes are better anyway. Things like cheese and bacon sauce pasta, Green pesto, carbonara and cheesy scrambled eggs. Yep I love Italian food and cheese!
Ive got a pheasant that I have to do something with. Plucked and drew the little bugger today. I’ve got a free hen going if anyone can be bothered to pluck and draw it themselves.
Black rice is very nice, it’s also incredibly nutritious. Oftentimes my dad would make it as a side dish to chicken or lamb and put grated parmesan on it. Truly delicious.
