Don’t do it!!! I have done it and enjoy it. I still regret the first day I tried, as I opened the door to a life-long battle to avoid the crap. I was never heavily addicted and I only used the stuff on and off for the last 3 years. However, I have an addictive personality. If you suffer with addiction of any sort, I suggest you just don’t do it!!!
