  • Recently I’ve slept and slept, and still feel tired… not ill, just tired. I also have the most crazy, pretty freakily realistic dreams, but no about good things. And about the most absurd things.

    The irony is, I’ve layed off the drugs recently :laugh_at:

    How long do you usually sleep mate?

    I was sleeping for like 10 hours a day on a normal day, and I felt really fatigued. So I looked it up and too much sleep is actually bad for you. Apprently the people who slept 6-8 hours of GOOD sleep, lived the longest and healthiest life compared to others who had more or less than that.

    So my advice would be to try and get yourself out of bed after 7 hours, its hard to get out of bed (For me at least) but when I wake up I feel alot more energetic. Its weird.

    Also, you been eating properly?

    I have diagnosed insomnia. I normally sleep for on average about 2-3 hours a night… I don’t really eat properly, I grab a few snacks and smoke my way through the day :laugh_at:

    Good regular food is deffo the key to a long healthy life bud 😉 Sort that out and I bet you will sleep better and feel better after a few weeks.

    why would u want a long and healthy life now?

    @ boothy cutting back on weed smoked has had that effect on several people I know – we think it may because it interferes with your bodies natural sleep pattern so when the concentration drops your body tries to claw it back and you get weird [mostly not nice] dreams while you sleep.

    boothy – excercise is great for getting the body to wind down for rest. ive just come out of a patch where i wasnt able to sleep at night without pescription meds … although they work i would honestly advise trying out 30 mins of excercise a day … also when trying to rest resist sticking on the t.v or playing the xbox these are killer for people who are trying to sleep, get frustrated because they cant switch off so stick on the box!

    because your over tired your body will now be prone to illness … i suggest a good multivitamin (super-one from holland and barrett) it’ll help your body keep on top of things … their also on offer at the mo so get down there sir!

    well done for cutting down on the green 🙂

    smoke more green and sleep like a tot would be my advice

    basically if your over tired all the time it may well be down to something as simple as a deficiancy in iron.

    youve stated your diet isnt great, your obviously not gaining much from the foods your eating so basically … buy a good multi vit but get one which states on the front of the bottle it contains iron as most have little or non in … hope it helps bro 🙂

    since I went on a green free 6 month target have had the most vivid dreams. more you smoke less REM you get
