They’re a bit doddgy, obviously you aren’t going to die from it cause I’m still here. But had awful stomach cramps and threw up, didn’t feel ‘excellent’ all night, went through waves of feeling awful, to okay. But that’s just me, might be different for you – either way – they aren’t as great as they’re supposed to be.
