if anyone did that in on the Underground (metro trains of London) even if they were rapping in English they’d get stopped by the transport cops – and if there were more than 3 black people present and the lyrics contained anything foreign (including German) everyone else would call 999 and the anti terrorism unit would swarm the train.
Even when there was less terrorism paranoia in the early 90s I’d always see street muscians getting pulled up by transport cops in London and today they require licenses, the music has to be pre-approved, not only portable sound systems but some instruments such as banjos and ukeleles are forbidden (!) and must only stand in certain places under CCTV…

I am not sure where they filmed that Episode, but “HALT DIE FRESSE” Which means “SHUT UR MOUTH” is a music show from the label AGGRO TV created by the famous German Rapper “SIDO” where Rappers mostly GERMAN, but also (SWISS, AUSTRIA, sometimes ENGLISH or USA Rapper) are invited to provocate a bit other groups and the rapper are usually filmed with their best friends.
I saw some weeks ago SIDO in the show with a famous American Rapper.
