First off, I’ve been out of the game for a awhile when it comes to this shit and haven’t had a ‘steady’ responsible relationship for a couple years and tbh i’m not really looking for one, it takes me a long long time be serious with someone cos of the last time I was in a relationship which knocked my confidence abit.. With that being said I’ve gotton into this girl at work (I am in my mid 20’s she is 26), She has something about her that I find VERY attractive and I enjoy her company and just the WAY SHE IS. when she is around I aint gonna BS i get aroused, like semi, (*red face*).
I’d like to get to know her more but just seems like a lack of confidence is holding me back, she has shown traits recently that she is into me too I hope i’m not reading these wrong (I have never been an expert of knowing wether a girl likes me or not, but she is showing all the classic characteristics) and there is no doubt to my mind that there is a certain ‘air’ or energy or something when she’s around. I’m sure she’s into me. This may sound weird but like i said it’s been a while since i’ve thought about a girl so much and did not expect my place of work to be the place where i could meet/get to know and I’m thinking these thoughts.
I Feel like if i don’t make the next step and ask her out she’s just gonna think i’m not interested in her and will move on, even though she flirts with me alot and it’s obvious she sees me react, maybe she’s just using me to make her self feel good (she’s super out of my league and i’m aware some women do this) if thats the case then I will look a right plank for asking her out, Should I just say F*ck it and ask her out?? Keep in mind this is at my work, I am there 35 hours a week and have friends/colleagues there and they would take the royal piss out of me if she said no.
What can I do to take this further?
