Agent Subby is asking if we can sticky the my boyfriend is a heroin addict thread

i am happy to but also conscious of the fact we have a lot of stickies in that section already

what do you think?

There has been a lot of good information put up on that thread by people giving advice on how to deal with someone close to you that is hooked on it.. I’d say its not a bad one to sticky i know as well there alot of stickies already but there seem to be so many more people looking for advice on heroin now that i say the more info they can get the better

I wouldn’t worry about too many stickies in the drugs section.

I was on DSI just now and there is a teenage girl from Scotland (whose dad would have ben my age) going on about how she lost her dad through heroin….

IMO the “gateway problem” where ravers move on to heroin addiction is as bad a problem as the current world war and needs as much discussion to try and stop it as possible.`

actually something I’ve been wondering about for some time

if heroin affects emotions but can make you manipulative etc..

would it not be a perfect drug for the ringleaders of terrorist groups to distribute to the “foot soldiers” along with indoctrination sessions?

Of course you can’t do very good autopsies on the remains of suicide bombers so its hard to prove

but theres plenty of it about in the Islamic nations and its easier to get away with using it than alcohol..

and the “Londonistan” gangsters in the 90s were and still are well into their smack..

heroin makes you manipulative as you will do literally anything to get your next fix once you are addicted:you_crazy:you_crazy:you_crazy

at the same time it dulls the senses so it might make it easier to convince people to become suicide bombers as they will not be listening to their inner voice if it is saying its a baad idea:hopeless:
