friend got caught a while back – he was looking at up to 5-8 years; I believe had his partner not been pregnant at the time he would have got at least some prison time. Whilst cannabis is downgraded next year, the polis r still clamping down on cultivation & dealers; and would perhaps deliberately try 2 make an example of some1 just to show “they r not getting soft on drugs”.
U’ve also shown ur location in this post; not sure where it is but i hope its a big place and the polis won’t have 2 many places 2 look 🙁
the other plants r unlikely 2 make the court any softer; plus knowing what old bill r like they would prolly totally destroy ur garden just 2 spite u claiming “what else could be growing in there?”
the criminal justice authorities can also seize any computers, cash or anything else they think is obtained from drugs money.
it looks like u have a sorted garden etc and it would be a lot 2 lose just a a few tokes..
its up 2 u; bur I’d harvest the lot and get rid of them in an appropriate manner 😉 now; at least u and ur friends will have a good holiday season 🙂
