This video starts of weird and only gets more weird. At first I thought it was just a joke but it is an actual fitness trainer and a commercially released fitness video.

Why on earth is she wearing some sort of artificial skin coloured balls around where her muscles should be though.

I assume it’s so she can look like a poodle. But why??! It’s not mentioned.
