I thought FRANK just had the website and the helpline thing? They seem like a good idea to me. A lot of the information on their site is accurate and a lot better than what I got at school, which was almost nothing.
I dont really know the details of FRANK though, how much does it cost the government?
god knows, but they can afford a massive advertising campign, which isnt cheap. which you would have thought would go to better uses in more localised help programs. my missus went to uni in newcastle, i recon they could have done with osme cash up there. proper grim.
