actually yeh weed is really good for getting rid of nausea. Whe you are feeling sick the last thing you want to do in inhale some more, but seriously you should just force yourself to do it and you will be surprised by the amount of good it does. The feeling of an empty stomach is never good, but if you eat before taking drugs of any sort you are just going to increase the likelihood of feeling sick. its best to take them on an empty stomach or after eating something very light. It also means (especially if you take psychalldiec stuff) that your visions may be more potent and seem more real. Certainly thats the case for me. But of course as we know each persons experience is different and unique.
