in them sorts of countries the feds are often the only peopel what can afford cameras (often supplied by British import/export companies :laugh_at:) – many of them tend to go through stages of moving from “anything goes” on the roads to full on zero tolerance, especially when their security services (usually linked to the embassies) get fucked off when they see pictures like that turning up on the Internet.
That said I wonder if it is actually a live cow or a dead one which the dude is taking somewhere to be processed for meat? I would have thought most people in developing nations wouldn’t be able to afford the extra fuel to transport a creature which if alive would be perfectly capable of making its own way along the road, nor would they have the time and energy to keep it as a pet and train it to ride safely on a motorbike… (or if they were part of a circus would use an animal with more comedy value)
Maybe the biker and the dude in the car did this for a joke, probably using all them cameras and mobile phones they keep trying to sell on here :laugh_at:
