I was helpless. Sitting in a crowded room full of rambling boring business people, I wondered what the first thing out of my mouth would be and to who. No one was sparking any interest and here I was, full of bourbon and a deep conversation. All of a sudden, I was captured by a burlap sack over my head and taken into what I’d imagined to be an empty room because all of the voices were gone.
