I think 87% MDMA is a strong as it can be synthed.
The %age of active MDMA in MDMA-HCl is roughly 84%, so perhaps that’s the figure you’re thinking of? That 16% for the HCl isn’t an impurity… for impurities I’m thinking things like leftover reagents, or deliberate adulteration, or w/e.
I concur!! xtc isnt a problem when you take it safely, the best thing to do is get a vendor from holland or germany as they tend to send over the proper stuff, i never buy english purely cus i know it will be cut to shit and not what im paying for!! I recently tried some dutch lions and they was the cleanest most lovely high ive experienced.
in tnose countries dealers only seem to get prison if they’ve sold PMMA-pills – there is a culture of testing the pills before use, buying them some time in advance and stockpiling good ones as well as safe usage. There is still a risk if buying in bulk from a younger dealer (who cannot afford to sustain losses) that you end up with PMMA pills; the ones here which killed a few people were originally pressed in NL. There were several reports warning about them on the Dutch news and from their harm reduction charities.
They did seem to appear around the time some right wing councils reduced funding to the test centres and a couple closed down or reduced their hours.
the EU did consider full decrim/tolerance in the late 1990s but lots of American companies threatened to withdraw their investments from Europe if it happened (there were and still are a lot of high tech US companies with their European headquarters in in NL or DE)
