  • Adam McGoldrick was doing his rounds on Slade road, in Holland-on sea, when he saw something moving among the rubbish so went to investigate.

He only caught a brief glimpse of it, originally thinking it was a dog – but on closer inspection it turned out to be a little black pig.
“It was more than a bit of a surprise and I wasn’t sure what to do at first – we often have seagulls or other birds ripping the bags but never a pig,” he said.

“I managed to round him up but had to call back to the office at Weeley for a dog warden to come and collect the pig in his van.”

Is it politically correct to call minority races, even if they are law enforcement officers, pigs in Holland?

I actually got retweeted a list of names for cops in NL from an officer out there, most of which were surprisingly tame and unoffensive (to the point I can’t even remember them) – its mostly only a surreal combination of poor middle aged white folk and wannabe hoodrats of Middle East ancestry (both of which are quite likely to be involved in some larger crimes) who really hate the cops there. Thanks to gedoogbeleid and slightly better road safety, in some areas cops spend the bulk of their time catching bicycle thieves, shoplifters and various stray animals, although the only pigs the dierenpolitie were watching over in NL were authorised to be there (they let them loose in some areas to eat up plants that would make humans ill!)

This “Holland” however is our side of the water, not far away from Clacton on Sea. TBH I can’t blame the pig for trying to escape from there, perhaps it was hoping to stow away on a boat :laugh_at:

Hahahahahha, tbh I have not heard them referred to as pigs for a while but then that’s maybe because I don’t speak to anyone, especially not chavs lol.
