Where I went to school it was easier to get coke and pills at 13-14 than it was to get Alcohol. I suspect if drugs were to be legalised with age restrictions and harsh penaltys for people who supply underage users, that availability would drop among younger people.. Also the money from the tax on them would help pay for the health issues and educating children properly about drugs.
they would be legal so the taboo aspect of them would be seriously reduced and there would also be more chance of users being willing to get help before it is too late to help them :hopeless:
