Hi all , well i know from experience any compressed gas cylinders wether inert ( non flammble ) or flammable are basically bombs when involved in fire …..those puppys can ruputure explode and fly quite along way . Plus you have raw meat , wether burn or unburnt is basically a biohazard . Run of water from the facorty fire will contain any contaminates from the fire , which if not stopped can go to storm drains and then rivers streams etc . Plus take into account structueral damage which may hamper firefighters progress in tackling the hot spots …..nightmare !!!!! . Glad im not of that pay grade to have to make those decisions . Still on the up side the biggest BBQ ever lol
