Yarmouth & Lowestoft have always disliked each other. There was a period when it wasn’t too good to be seen in Yarmouth if you were from Lowestoft just in case someone found out… and vice versa. It’s probably not much different from today but Yarmouth has changed and has become a much more dangerous place. I would not like to live there that’s for sure.

Where do you frequent in the fine city of Norwich btw?

very rare that i will go into norwich go to pams sometimes i find that place to be very clicky, used to go to bounce when it was on don’t think they have had one since lava shut, used to go in owens alot for mayhem on a sunday but they changed it to traffic go in media quite a bit when they have there alternative nights on. Cost quite a bit to get back to my house after a night out if there isn’t a load of you though

TBH I don’t rate legal events all that much apart from certain ones people from here are involved in 😉

No fault of the promoters though but what it is is the cops, council and breweries have wrestled back the control and are fairly successful at keeping decent drugs out of clubs (I don’t mean crap MCPP pills) or at least limiting the intake/supplies..

So loads more people are binge drinking rather than getting loved up (or doing this as well as crap pills) and there just isn’t the atmosphere you once had at a rave club (and I’m not talking early 90s but only a few years ago)

i agree with you me and my boyfriend don’t go into the city that often i’m not too bad i can go up there with some md and spend only taxi fare home n couple of bottles of water bout 30 quid but if i go up there with my other half he will spend a 100 and thats just on drink then the inevitble will happen and it will kick off and to be honest i really cant be arsed with all that.
