even some years ago (2002/3) a mate of mine who made psy-trance had a soundcard where the entire second display had this really flash spectrum analyser type application..
I agree with what people say about TV but once again its a matter of wider self-control and society’s boundaries. it wasn’t that long ago that the BBC and commercial TV and the Govt had a consensus over restricting both broadcasting hours and types of content – not even “censorship” but discouraging excessive American imported content – for the wider good of the nation….
