the only reason both Scottish and English journalists persist in this lie is perhaps some daft idea that people might be frightened away from it as “its plant food”.
Ironically 11 years ago they were really paranoid in England that devolution would make Scotland try and decriminalise and turn into something like the Netherlands due but it seems to be the opposite..
