I began since a few weeks to “try” forcing me to sleep every night a few hours and I have to thanks some P. Vibes members which gave me the feelings to be really nice people, no jugement, but advices about their own experiences.
They made me realize one day that my chating and my-self mind seems to be very confused… caused from my sleeping deficit (around 15 – 20 days without sleeping sometimes) mixed with an excess of consomation was very unhealthy and could be very dangerous.
I hope they will reconize themself cuz it was the day of what I could call “the apology Party vibes day”, even there where no reason for anybody to apologize about a few written messages a few days earlier…. So since weeks, i have forced my-self to do two things which had become like if i had to go working in a an assembly line work : eating and sleeping. So i have slow down this crazy life style i was living….
