I think the answer to your unasked question lies within that sentence. We both know how highly you regard your training so if you haven’t really done any exercise in the last few days or been outside then that could explain it.
Also if you’ve spent the last few days drunk and vallied up and are now sober it is easy to mistake sobriety as a shit mood lol.
