why are things getting smaller, i loose things as it is!

Ive got Triggers computer here… its about 7 years old now and at one point I did a swap of a load of bits, and another time the motherboard went, so its now had….

1 new motherboard
1 new fan
new ram
2 new harddisks
new power supply ( i think)
2 CD roms
2 new cases…..

AMD 1.2 with 70gb n 512 ram..

I wish Father Xmas bring me lovely new laptop, n serato or a Hammerfall sound card then I can start playing Mp3s thru my decks.

Mines got windows on it (although it’s had various incarnations of linux on it before now – taken off due to problems running essential software).

Original PC was built in 1994, but has evolved over time (the only original part still in it is my AHA2940 SCSI card which runs the scanner)

Current specs:
Athlon 64 3800+ dual core
1.5GB corsair dual XMS PC3200 RAM
about 3/4 Terabyte disk space over various disks
Geforce 7600GT gfx card
Emu 0404 audio card

Yeah a Mac is looking a like a good idea as my next computer,

Would still need to keep a PC for modding PSP, my mobile and other electrical goods as all the sofware only seems compatible with Windows

Will have to save a bit more as a Mac looks a bit more expensive compared to a PC
