Yeah I watched it last year when we were studying the Holocaust, thought it’d be shit but ended up buying it on DVD. Really like it.

Ahhh yes you’ve got to watch basketball diaries if you haven’t seen it, it’s my favourite film ever ever I think – the book is incredible too. Leo is brilliant in it

Tyrannosaur is a really powerful film, written and directed by Paddy Considine. It’s pretty bleak but I think it’s a great film.

Dead Man’s Shoes is another pretty bleak film from Shane Meadows but I think that’s great too – good soundtrack too

If any of you are fans of Irish black comedy, you HAVE to watch Six Shooter, absolutely hilarious and it’s only a 20 minute short film which I’m pretty sure is on youtube
