  • If someone had owed you £300 quid for months and they keep getting shit for it but can only stand there and say “Im a Crack head” what would you do??? It has gone past the point of reasonable and he is knowed to be stashin his money and using it for another hit!

    suggestions?

Thats a hard one, i’m useless at getting money back from people i’ve leant it to, so prob not very good at giving advice, but 300 is ALOT of money and esp if they ar just sticking it in a pipe may be time to get tough??
    if you can?
    good luck mate!

you could go round there with a load of mates but there’s the risk that if it kicks off you may get yourself hurt/killed or put in HMP (even scum have parents and relatives who may grass you up)

OTOH presumably he’s not total scum as you and your mates seem to have better judgement than to hang around these sorts – presumably you were all friends once so perhaps this may shock him into giving at least some of the money back or whatever he has in the house.

but it only takes a moment to lose it and really hurt someone even if you are not normally a fighter (in fact it can be worse as you will try to make every blow count or perhaps use a weapon – and you can’t class debt collection as self defence)

also you might get paid back in stolen property and then the scrote grasses you out of spite or someone else sees you with the nicked stuff..

Losing your freedom could be worse than losing 300 quid (even if you only do a few months think of what else you could done with that time – and you will find it very hard to get jobs after being in the can for any sort of violence..)

    forget about it

    addicts don’t pay their debts

if you’re lucky they may try and make amends if they get clean one day

Dont think its gonna happen. Its not actually me but a very close mate and when i see this moron just laughing it pisses me off to.
You cant just say “he knows ive got a habit, he shouldnt of ticked me”

Whenever sumone ticks me i ALWAYS make sure i can pay it back on time, even if i cant i will go round to see them or ring them to explain the situation

Forget about it,like the thers said he may find a conscience one day and pay you back in the mean time Dont Tick-Dont accept Tick,Everyone stays civilized that way.

IMHO from past experience, you’ll have to wait until that person receives help and stops lickin’ the pipe. Crack is the most moreish drug I’ve ever had the DISpleasure of taking. So whilst he still has this horrible habit then I’m afraid you can forget it. It seems to me that if you’ve borrowed someone that amount of money he must have been a friend in the past, so the best course of action would be diplomacy. Crack is a HORRIBLE drug and if I had a boulder in front of me right now I wouldn’t go anywhere near it.:hopeless: :hopeless:

I’ll go with subby on that one apart from if someone put a boulder in front of me I wouldn’t know what I’d do. But, do not make it violent, there’s always some bigger fucker with a sledgehammer or worse waiting round the corner. On another note if your mate was ticking, he was dealing, you don’t tick for freindship but for profit so tell him to get used to it.

That’s what I was about to say.

If you ticked him it, sometimes you gotta write things off as bad debts… Happens even in legit buisness… If you don’t make enough from the amount you tick to cover the people that don’t pay you back then don’t tick to people.
A freind of mine ticks a fair bit.. and the worst part is ticking to mates when they come back in a state. You tell them a few days later that they owe you for a henry or whatever and they swear blind they don’t.. theres not alot you can do about it, short of calling them a liar which nobody wants to do to a mate, and it doesn’t normally help anyways.
Tick books etc don’t often help in that case as people will swear blind they paid you back..Annoying shit man..
Don’t tick to people who don’t have a good record of dealing with their debts if its not cost effective.. In my experiance tho it is viable most of the time, let alone the profit made from cash up front deals. I know people that have written off thousands before now, weren’t happy about it but thats the risk they take, and they do alright out of the people who are good about their debts..
Generally speaking its a good idea to only tick small bits to people untill you can establish how good they are about debts, so you can minimise your looses due to bad debtors, as they are always going to exist..
Anyways not really sure where I am going with this rant, Hope it works out for you tho man..

All good words mustard, the only thing you didn’t cover is when someone ticks and ticks, pays back no probs then goes walkabout with half a bar only to turn up 3 months later saying “sorry mate, just hit me”, fuck me that was tempting! But at least he worked his debt off, maybe that’s a way round sound guys’s mate’s problem…..

Put half a bottle of laxitve in a drink of his and watch him suffer as he cant leave the toilet for a week. wont help you get your money back but itll make you feel better and itll be funny as fuck.

All helpful thanks. Looks like this has happen to many a people in the past and yeah, whoever said that is right, they were mates but surely thats more of a incentive to pay him back. (obiously not)

Big up chemical brother – Will be doing this one

I have only ever sold small amounts of weed and never ticked people. Ticking is a stupid idea but when its ur mate ticking u, they seem more relaxed. suppose thats what made him go and wash up £300 quids worth of charlie

Use it as an excuse never to tick anybody ever again.

If anyone ever asks, tell them you can’t because matey boy still owes you £300.00 from the last time you did it.

Everyone will think he’s a cunt because:

      A) He knocked you

      B) They can’t tick any draw.

Then give him some laxatives:groucho: :laugh_at:
