  • My mummy bough me booze when I was a teen.

Definitely take comfort in the fact they are not hiding it. You don’t want to end up being known as a party house though or you’ll never get rid of the little buggers!

My parents let me drink beer and a weak wine spritzer when I was younger and it did take the excitement away from drinking behind there backs. I also knew that i didn’t need to binge drink when i was out because i knew i wouldn’t have to wait ages until I could drink again.

I would recommend that you make it clear to the other kids and their parents that beer etc is ok but spirits are out of the question. Gives them a bit of respect and hopefully means you won’t be holding someone’s hair back at the end of the night! Most parents should be ok with the fact you are controling the intake and are glad they are doing it in the safty of someone’s home rather than out on the streets.

I started being allowed drink around christmas, and then I would get to have beers on my birthday when I was 14.

What age teen are we talking here?

Buy them a reasonable amount of alcohol (they usually like alcopops and sparkling perry) and say they can drink at home, when you are in.
My dad did this and me and my mates had some fun sessions, my dad had nothing to worry about and we were safe off the street.

I was going to wite it but then I thought I should moderate what I say.

Hmm, I’m sure there were more posts on this thread…

Yeah I would replace alcohol with something that cannot be named as unnamed substance is less likely to result in violence, hospitalisation due to over dosing and make less mess.

What the fuck? Are we not even allowed to mention such things on here now then?

Nope. I got told off for just jokingly listing a load of medicines in another thread. Screw this place I’m going else where; .org is where I’ll spend most of my PV related time now.

Same mate, that’s just ridiculous! I’ll see you at .org instead then, safe pal! 🙂

    So NOT C4 then?

Yay, let’s get more action on the .org site. It’s well underused.

This is going to become like a turf war between PVR.com and PV.org

Dibs on us orgers being the robbers. The rest of you can be the cops. Or are we playing cowboys and Indians, or perhaps bloods Vs crips. Poll time?

Actually mate, I’d say it was more North Korea (.com) and South Korea (.org) or East and West Germany. One is a decadent, hedonistic haven where pretty much anything goes, and the other is a totalitarian state where you can’t mention anything for fear of the secret police taking your posts away and shooting them dead!

Really disappointed that Google’s influence has forced this. I really liked this place, but if we’re now constrained to what we can and can’t say by some overbearing fascist ideology, then fuck it, I ain’t gonna be a part of it! If anybody wants me from now on, I’ll either be at .org, or on facebook.
