  • Heart disease is the leading cause in the world. There are 70 percent people died in heart disease. Plant-based diets are typically lower in fat and cholesterol and higher in heart-healthy fiber than meat-based ones; therefore, vegetarians are often more successful at avoiding cardiovascular disease and high blood pressure…

And there was me thinking that they were less likely to die from heart disease because they were much more likely to die from asphyxiation as a result of their toxic flatus!

I was thinking of writing a similar ‘pro-veggie’ post, but I couldn’t summon the energy.

Oi, I’d hit you in the jaw if I didnt think it would shatter every bone in my arm.

But in all seriousness I just love every animal and want to hug them all and cant hug them if they are on my plate.
But **** vegans if they think they are taking away my cheese.

I like a lit of vegan and veggie food, its good to have a ballance.

I like to hug them with the inside of my tummy! *slurp*

My lower intestine is the best friend of animal meat.

the only correct bit is that heart disease kills the most people the world over.

Although vegetarians and vegans may opt to live less stressful lifestyles and not take high pressure jobs, this can mean they are lower earners than those who choose to work longer hours or have conventional careers and cannot afford to heat their homes or keeping plumbing/heating infrastructure maintained, making them prone to other bad health problems (I’ve noticed this amongst friends of mine).

And those who have the habit of getting up too early in the morning “because its healthy” and then getting upon their bicycles in rush hour because the shops they go to don’t open late are regularly knocked over on the roads or get into other incidents (yet if they waited just one hour they could ride in safety, and round here its no safer in cars when the roads are busy as there are still bad crashes, it gets worse towards the “festive” season).

His Holiness the Dalai Lama eats a small amount of meat – he’s been berated by Western yoghurt weaver for doing so, who forget he is an aged man who has constantly been followed around by the Chinese feds and military (some of them in charge of the operation must be as old as he is!) this has a toll on physical and mental health, so all these Oriental chaps tend to heed advice from their doctors with regard to balanced diets.

Of course many eventually still keel over from heart attacks but they do tend to get a few more years and prefer to “die with their boots on” rather than moulder away in retirement homes.
