  • Being a previous power lifter and strongman training, through experience I would like to inform everybody that they are a load of chemically damaging properties to your body, I stopped taking them as they have made my digestive track very unwell and I’m still having problems to this day. Now that I have had a long time in bed studying, planning my recovery and getting better slowly, I’ will do a test to show you all it is possible to be bigger or more naturally fitter than a person on steroids or sport supplements.

I’m going to make it short, In the past they where much stronger than we are now and pretty much illness free that’s because they where on an alkaline diet pretty much all there life.

    Tips:

eat Alkaline anti acidic foods when possible, Its OK to let go once in while with drugs and drink as well as fast food but keep majority alkaline.

Supplements: hemp protein all raw and green, multivitamins and fish oils you can add herbs such as tribulus terristis.

testosterone producing foods: Discover Natural Testosterone Boosters

surprisingly all alkaline foods great for sport.

When you say supplements do you mean steriods or are we talking protein shakes and creatine?

sorry but you will not be stronger off steroids than you would be following the exact same diet and training with steroids

you be surprised, many natural lifters are much stronger than lifters on steroids, yes I’m referring to supplements in health food store they are actually making you weaker, aspartame, sugars and unwanted non-absorbent proteins which give you bad bowel function, but not all just the big pharmaceutical names such as met-rx, usn etc.

when your body becomes in a alkaline state no free radicals can live in your system long enough to do damage to muscle, so then the 30 minute rule they tell you after workouts is a load of commercial rubbish, steroids also out of the question.

I will conduct it as soon as I recover and get back on tract.

i train too and yes there are so many rip off hype supplements out there that are not needed . well there are some very strong natural people but what i was saying is if that person carried on there training and diet the same and added steroids they would become bigger and stronger. im not trying to offend you by asking this but your page says your 21 how much steroid use have you had? you know you shouldnt start till atleast your age .

no steroid experience but if you wanted to results would be extremely interesting on pro-hormone cycle I started power-lifting at age 16 going on 17 naturally gallon milk a day I drank and 20 squat reps with 100kg 3 times a week plus add on workouts. now a skinny guy i need to get back back into shape and stop playing around with these RC’s and stuff…

i didnt think you had used them because if you had you wouldnt of said you can compare . how are you gonna show you can get better results without steroids if you never used? dont get me wrong you can get a real good shape and really strong naturally but if you added steroids your results are multiplied

I will just personally see results if I’m happy I will post pictures but wont be for a while yet just making people aware it’s not worth it, what is the point of lifting over 249kg for couple of meters when majority of lifters can’t master there own bodyweight i.e pull ups, press up or even running is impossible for some, few secrets some companies don’t like to tell you, even Charle Bronson never used weights or supplements and he would agree with me on it.

i was stronger clean, ie steropid free, at between age 28-32 than ever….im now 41, do take a bit of gear and am ALMOST as strong as i was whn i was young, naturaland dumb haha, but i am alot lighter and hea;lthier i guess, so there are upsides
