Sharks Pills a Product of Prohbition been doing a bit more research into why those sharks have become so "popular..." worldwide - despite most users here saying that they are nasty.... well the chemical is a piperazine derivative similar to the "legal highs"..... so in the UK it would only be Medicines Act classified... from a legal POV you could get nicked with hundreds of them, and although you'd initially get arrested on suspicion of dealing class A, as soon as the lab finds out its MCPP rather than MDMA in them the charge drops to selling medicines without a license (which doesn't even carry much prison time!) I reckon a defendant with a good lawyer could even sue the Govt for any time they spent on remand whilst under "suspicion of class A charge" . in other countries posession and traffic of piperazines and MCPP has far less penalty than that for amfetamine-type stimulants, in some countries MCPP isn't even illegal! And look at it from the dealers POV - the unit sale price (and potential profit) is the same as pills for a fraction of the risk.... and as price per pill (and therefore profit) has plummeted people who are in it for the money (like most criminal syndicates) are obviously gonna go for the easy option... but this sort of anomaly is a win for the antis as well, as by letting shit drugs take over the market it obviously puts people off takin them...
Shock Warning for Cannabis Users LONDON (Reuters) - A drugs helpline has devised a shock TV advert featuring a futuristic shop where addled brains can be swapped, to show youngsters the dangers of long-term cannabis use.
The Brain Warehouse ad from drugs help group Frank will be shown from Monday.
A shop assistant is featured advising spaced-out customers how best to choose a new brain.[URL="http://javascript%3Cb%3E%3C/b%3E:commonPopup%28%27/news/newsPhotoPresentation.aspx?type=domesticNews&imageID=2006-10-23T133522Z_01_L23739678_RTRUKOP_0_PICTURE0.xml%27,%20560,%20535,%201%29"]

They can even purchase "parts" such as cerebral fluid and memory stalks to cater for specific symptoms suffered by cannabis users such as mood swings, paranoia, vomiting and a lack of motivation.
A spokesman for Frank, set up three years ago by the government, said: "The situation is not overly Sci-Fi, but actually set in a context that everyone will relate to, much like a high street mobile phone or electronics shop."
An empty shop in Shepherd's Bush, London, was converted into the Brain Store, complete with fitting room and surgical instruments.
But mental health charity Rethink said the advert did not outline all the risks and failed to go far enough.
Paul Corry, director of public affairs for Rethink, told the BBC: "Rethink believes these adverts fall far short of the commitment given by the then Home Secretary Charles Clarke for a "massive" health education campaign highlighting mental health risks."
Indications are that the use of cannabis is on the rise, particularly of a new, stronger variety called skunk.

Mmmmm burgers :weee: :weee: :weee: Mmmmm burgers!!
Two police officers are suing Burger King after claiming they were served burgers which had been sprinkled with marijuana.
Mark Landavazo and Henry Gabalson were in uniform and riding in a marked patrol car when they bought food at a Burger King restaurant in Los Lunas, New Mexico.
They ate about half of their burgers before discovering marijuana on the meat.
They used a field test kit for confirmation of the substance and then went to a hospital for medical tests.
Three Burger King employees, Justin Armijo, 19, Robert Nuckols, 21, and manager Joseph Ledesma, 33, were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and aggravated battery on an officer.
The policemen's civil action seeks punitive and compensatory damages and they are alleging personal injury, negligence, battery and violation of fair practices.
Their lawyer Sam Bregman said: "It gives a whole new meaning to the word 'Whopper'.
"The idea that these hoodlums would put marijuana into a hamburger and therefore attempt to impair law enforcement officers trying to do their jobs is outrageous."
While the case is already the subject of jokes on US chat shows, Mr Bregman said it was "deadly serious".
He said: "God forbid these officers didn't realise their burgers were laced with pot and then were called to a violent situation where they'd have to draw their firearms.
"Their lives were placed in danger because of these idiots and Burger King."
The company has refused to comment as it has a policy against discussing pending court cases.

Now, no more feeble excuses please, if you really wanna pursue the cannabis trip, this is what you need to do. Really needs to be removed from the 'market' (legal or otherwise) and legalised totally, non commericialy...thus removing ther 'magic of the market' from the equation, (containing consciousness so that money can be made by dealerprick) and hopefully revealing, so to speak, the true auspicious effects of the herb...the potential for consciousness transcendance. Remember this is no toy...but always used sacrementally as part of a religious/ritual senario. I have quite a lot this year - but not the jinormus amount I was planning (to give away loads to undermine the dealing clique). Maybe next year...but I wanna go back to India this coming year. You can grow your own weed to a much better standard that any hippy traveller or dodgy local boyo could ever sell you. Make sure that you take your time drying/curing.
And please, share freely!
OM SHAKTI!
END PROHIBITION, WHERE CAN WE ALL COME TOGETHER? Hey,
where can we DO SOMETHING about this sorry state of affairs that put us into the same catagory as thiefs and common thugs. We are not bad people and we deserve a right to live how we choose, NOT to have our personal choice and freedom RAPED by government. Not to be told how to treat our own bodies. We need to come together and do something. I dont know what... but it needs to get BIG. Im gonna start thinking and i think we all should.. The only way its going to change is if we, the young generations work together with thoes of experiance and CHANGE SOMETHING.
