whilst if he is depleting NHS supplies required for treatment (or is nicking other stuff) this is inexcusable and a breach of trust its a sad situation....
he can't have been that bad a person to stay in the NHS until his middle age and also get promoted - we will probably end up spending even more money from the public purse to destroy this man's career....
A senior Charge Nurse, working within the Emergency Department at North Hampshire Hospital, Basingstoke, was charged on March 1 with the theft of ketamine. John McDonald Monaghan, 48, of Calcot, Reading, was charged with theft by an employee and appeared before Basingstoke Magistrates Tuesday afternoon, March 1.
He was bailed to reappear on March 29.
Basingstoke Detective Constable Martyn Lillywhite said today:
“The arrest followed a long investigation which continues into related matters within the emergency department. The investigation has the full co-operation of management and staff at the hospital.”

Lambeth Council try to ban 7th annual Cannabis march and festival
The Brixton Cannabis Coalition regrets the decision taken by Lambeth
Council to ignore the agreed public events policy and try to ban the
annual Cannabis March and Festival on Saturday 7th May because of
cannabis dealers
at last years Festival.
Instead of the application for a licence being taken by the relevant
licensing committees the decision has been made by Cllr Clare Whelan,
Tory Executive member for Environment and ratified by the Executive.
This is contrary to Cllr Whelan's statement to the Executive on 4th
November 2004. "If an application is received the outcome will be
determined in line with the events policy and the decision of the
relevant quasi-judicial Licensing Committee".
The Police and festival organisers were not consulted on the ban.
The Brixton Cannabis Coalition request that our application is dealt
with in the normal way. We ask supporters to sign the petition at

Wanting to get Naked on E Background:
Living in Spain. Normal working life. With wife. Go partying about once a month and take pills through the night. Been partying like this for about 3 years.
Nowadays I'm pretty accustomed to partying on pills. We normally go to bars, then clubs and wind up at friends' houses to carry on partying. This is obviously fun, especially in the summer. Everyone is also dancing, chatting, hugging, etc.
I also get some of the normal side effects such as shrunk willy and not being able to pee. I don't get sexually aroused at all when high on E. However, I do have an urge to be naked. The idea of partying naked on E seems fun, but so far I've not been to any parties where that happens.
Am I weird, or do naked E parties go on. Any information on this, stories, etc., I'd like to hear about. Or anyone know of any links on the net. Do people get their clothes off whilst partying? Would other ravers be offended?

Weed needs to be respected-GL I think General Lighting is right, weed needs to be respect! Before i did not even think it was a drug, it was just sometin i did. but now i do, and he proves a point! and i back him up 100%. It should be one of the most highly respected drugs on the market! :) . Weed was the first drug i ever did, it showed me newer and better things. My theory is "someone smoked weed, liked the high, so he/she decided he make something else to better the high or get a differnt high which like x, or some shit like that u get my point" if do or dont agree with me write me, n-who, it should be respected and any kind dro, shaw, purp haze, shrooms, silver shark, shouth island, etc.... and im glad it was made into a holiday April 20 or 4-20 as we like to concidered it. i dont know if yall have that bet we do and it better than Christmas it was dedicated to one of the biggest pot heads ever or at lease in the US his name is : BOB FUCKIN MARLEY (leave out the fuckin ) but he is just so great! well i said what i wanted to say so, if you have question or comments the hit me up , TAH TAH FOR NOW ;)
