BE : looking for oldskool tune from 1991 with telecom info tone been searching almost 25 years for this tone in it; I didn't hallucinate hearing it from too many pills as I set up telecoms kit for my day job which means knowing what all the tones used in various parts of the world are.
My Professor friend who also sent a load of us an entire ETSI standards document from about 1992 in which they confirmed België used a very slightly different start frequency which was also how I could remember the tune (it was set to a breakbeat) - it wouldn't sound right with todays Euro-SIT that has 900 Hz start...
have tried Frank De Wulf, R&S records, and all the other usual suspects but not found it... (I did hear Vinyl vera play it a couple of years ago)

Who am I? I know I'm supposed to be introducing myself, but really a big part of my self identity is the fact that I struggle with my self identity. I'm 19 and this should be the precipice of my life, but honestly I don't really know who I am right now. I keep jumping from dream to dream, from thought to thought, from synapse to synapse. One of my idols is Christoper McCandless. I wish I could get rid of my monetary possessions like he once did, but the more I think about it the more I don't think I could do that. One of my dreams is that I want to hitchhike across my country and touch the Atlantic Ocean.
I write in my journal every day, so from time to time I may quote it in my threads. I write in my dream journal when I can remember my dreams, and I don't know if there's any threads on here about lucid dreaming or dream meanings, so maybe I'll go elsewhere for that, but maybe my interest in dreams and dream-states will make it onto here somewhere.
I suffer greatly from depression, but just recently my first experience with mushrooms has really given me a new and brighter outlook on life. I also did MDMA before. It's a bit blurry, but maybe I'll write about that on here too. I also have smoked a lot of cannabis and cannabis derivatives, but honestly I don't think that's that interesting. Like seriously, how interesting can getting stoned be? Not very, at least to me, so I probably won't be on that section much. I'm also interested in others' drug experiences. Particularly psychedelics. One drug I think I'll defiantly do one day if I get the chance is peyote. If I can't find it maybe I'll grow it myself, cause where I live it's legal. I'm interested in mostly natural psychedelics, like plants and mushrooms and anything from nature.
I own a ball python named shady and he is super sweet. I never got why people are scared of snakes. To me they are cute and awesome and I wish to share my love all living things with everybody on here. Then again, one strange thing about myself is that I don't fear much of anything, but the one thing I do fear is being alone...
Robotripping question.. I have this cough syrup, (generic brand, not Robotussin), and if I were to try to get high off it, I'd take 2 oz of the 8 oz bottle to start. According to my math, along with the DXM I'd be taking about 1600 mg of acetaminophen and about 20 mg of phenylephrin hcl. Would I be okay?..
