Scientists who blasted drugged mice with loud music in an experiment describrd by the British Union for the Abolition of Vivisection as "tasteless and horrific" have recieved an official reprimand,a year after the after the results of the study were published.The experiments on 238 mice at Cambridge University,were a by product of research into Huntingdon's disease.
Half the mice were injected with methamphetamine and half with salt water.they were then exposed to silence,white noise or loud music-either the dance act The Prodigy or Bach's Violin Concerto in A minor,which have a similar tempo.Mice injected with salt water fell asleep when the music was played,but the sound dramatically affected the drugged mice,causing them to suffer more speed induced brain damage than normal.Seven died listening to The Prodigy and four while listening to Bach.They appeared to"jiggle backwards and forwards"as the music pounded in their ears.
dexedrine and potentiation Hi, I am one of those very lucky people who has add and hence a prescription for 20 mg of Dexedrine every day. My add symptoms, as I have limbic add, a rare form that causes childhood depression and instead of not being able to concentrate I hyperfocus on things I enjoy doing and ignore what I don't want to do. I'm a programmer and I love it so I can work without daily doses of my favourite drug.
Every week I was taking a week's worth of Dexedrine, 28 x 5 mg pills and it works great. I have been looking for ways to stretch my usage further and came across DMSO (DiMethylSulfOxide), a solvent, non toxic which is used in veterinary medicine as a horse liniment and can easily be ordered. It has 3 interesting properties first it changes the ibutenic acid in amanita muscaria into the psychoactive ingredient muscimol, second when rubbed on sore muscles it is probably the best painkiller that doesn't contain morphine, and third anything you mix with it gets absorbed by your skin so you don't want to have handcream on when you apply it to a sore back.
So, I just decided to experiment, I crushed a half dozen 5 mg tabs in a mortar and pestle and added 5 ml DMSO. As a solvent it dissolved dye, filler, and the Dexedrine and I applied it to my skin and also happened to take 1000 mg of Piracetan, a nootropic that potentiates Dexedrine a wee bit also. The effect was just like my taking the whole 28 tabs even though I've already been up 48 hours since taking Dexedrine yesterday. Everything, mood, energy etc. is right on track. The DMSO bottle said causes skin irritation but the itchieness quickly subsided and the effect on the skin is way less than the itch from Heet Lineament.
My next experiment is taking a very very tiny dose of Syrian Rue with a very very tiny dose of Dexedrine, the two together interact excessively, even a half dose of each is a severe health risk, to see if the combination is Dexedrinelike or seriously unpleasant, I'll start with 1 gram of Syrian Rue and 5 mg of Dexedrine, my heart and blood pressure are good so that I can weather any hypertensive crisis, Syrian Rue contains Harmaline which is an MAOI (Mono Amine Oxidase Inhibitor) which prevents the brain from performing its serotonin and dopamine reuptake and Dexedrine causes extra dopamine to be released into the brain, if both are at full strength the result could be fatal. MAOI's also interact with most serotonin boosting medication like Zyprexa, Wellbutrin, or Effexor and with foods that contain chemicals like Tryptophan, things like tuna and aged cheese can cause a hypertensive reaction. Never, ever, start using a drug without researching the side-effects, interactions, and the effect on body and brain chemistry. If more people did that we might still be going to see Jimmy Hendrix in concert.

! vendor who only sold AL-LAD and LSZ has a new lysergide ready to go soon but what it is is unknown ATM.
Another vendor will have a new product he believes will be the 1st in the country to stock but the vendor is keeping it close to his chest but will be available in about 2 weeks. He laso has another psychedelic on it's way but that could be axs long as 2 months and may turn out to be the same product as vendor 1, nobody knows yet.
As for any other tryptamine products from other vendors, I've heard very little.
