Bad tolerance I've been doing E's and MDMA for a while now, mostly once every weekend on a Friday or Saturday (I realise that's totally the wrong thing to do, still did it anyway). The results in my tolerance level have been ridiculous. Takes me about 0.25-0.35g, dependant upon quality to feel the effects of it even the slightest bit now. Honestly, it fucking sucks. I regret not listening to the advice everybody has told me about leaving it for a while to let serotonin levels restore to normal.
Any tips for reducing tolerance apart from leaving it for a long time? I have a healthy food intake, perhaps adding vitamin tablets into my diet might help? I'm lost for things I could do. I'm leaving the stuff alone until February :hopeless:, having a big session once every few months though, as once I finally get this tolerance down, fuck letting it get back up.
HIV: Inhibitors (Theories and Ideas) So I was watching this great video of Daria Hazuda explaining the functions of HIV and how the researchers are taking the next step to create a treatment/cure to HIV.
I had a few questions and I was wondering if you guys could answer it.
What if we created a fusion inhibitor? Wouldn't that stop the process all together?
Her approach is great and I support it despite how complex it may be, but I'm just wondering why not stop the virus from the start; before it even fuses with the T Helper cells.
And would this be the best approach or is there a better way?
