I am 30yrs old, I have an 11yr old son who was diagnosed with Aspergers & ADHD when he started primary school, I had a good upbringing but parents divorce forced me to live on my own at age 16, I am a decent person with good morals & strongly believe in manners, but I have been abused by boyfriends (mentally & physically) for years, my family aren't close & know nothing about my life & I don't really have any friends, I have always been strong enough to cope on my own but since February have been really struggling to manage anymore, I am mentally unstable & have always battled with drugs but I am too scared of losing my son to see a professional, I feel completely alone & I need help from somewhere, I don't know where else to turn hence why I joined :) now to post my first thread...
Huge hits, little or no "smoke" on exhale. SWIM wanted some advice. They can take a big hit, but when exhaling usually nothing comes out and no effects are felt. 25% of the time they can blow out a LITTLE smoke, but not even 5% of the hit they got, but they do feel it somewhat then. Obviously they are wasting alot of money.
SWIM said that they exhale completely when its almost time and when the pipe is rolling with vapor as it should they inhale deeply, but slowly. Once they have all they can hold they exhale, they do not hold it in, however they have tried holding it in and got the same result.
Any ideas is much appreciated to them. If it helps at all for comparison SWIM smokes cigarettes.
Which legal (2014) products resemble MDMA/ Ecstasy (crystal form) I live in the UK (England) and I would like to know of any, Research Chemical (RC) or Legal High which are similar to MDMA/ Ecstasy/ Molly (crystal form). I'm aware Research Chemicals and Legal High laws change all the time, so I would like to know what is legal in UK in 2014 for us all.

Blood Circulation problems? I was a long and heavy user of Mephedrone, but the last 6-8 months have been a nightmare. Ive had a few scares where when I was taking Meph my arms would tense up, light heads and panic attacks. I've quit Mephedrone altogether but it seems when I drink alcohol or energy drinks I seem to get the same pains & tensing In my arms. I'd also start to feel very cold. Any ideas? Went to the doctors, well a&e as I was getting very bad chest pains, bad tensing In my arms & light heads after a nights drinking. They said it was too much alcohol. Could this be a blood circulation problem? If so, How could I improve my blood circulation?
