Alcohol Addiction + scared of what i’ve become It's been confirmed today i am an alcoholic. 33 years old and told i can never drink again, i feel like i'm grieving for my best and only true friend. But i hate myself for letting it get to this, i grew up with an alcoholic parent, and hated them for what they did then and are still doing now. SO WHY the hell have i done the same thing? i'm confused and scared, do i ignore everyone and carry on the way i have been, drinking 2/3 bottles of wine a night, hiding everything from my husband, kids and job. Or do i stop. i can't breath and i feel so alone. H E L P !
Caffeine comedowns? I never seen anyone else discuss this so i decided to post.
When swim uses over roughly 300mgs+ caffeine at once, it's good for the first 2 hours but the comedown sucks overly bad. Swim gets jiddery and this really irritating feeling that's hard to describe along with it that drives him nuts. it feels really shitty and bad and insecure and a little shaky. The shakyness isn't really what bothers him so much as the other feeling. It's this feeling of emotionally insecure in an anxious weird way. And today after lying down for 5 minutes or so while feeling it, when he stood up and began walking it got dizzy for a few seconds.
How normal is this in others experiences? BTW swim isn't a big caffeine user or anything, just the odd day.

Giving up smoking… anyone got any miricle tips on giving up smoking? I really need to quit, and so far have cut down to smoking about 2 whole cigs a day. Each one i roll, i rip in half, and smoke that, so im only smoking half cigs, 4 half cigs through the day = 2 while ones....but id rather it be none.
Ive quite smoking weed which i thought would be difficult, after smoking it for 8 years 90% of the time, but my body did well, and now the smell of it makes me wretch! Wish this would be the case for cigs.....
dont want to use patches cause im not smoking enough to make them worth it, if i used them id be taking in more nicotine through the patches than i would through what i smoke, plus last time i used them i OD' and its not a nice experiance!12
