had opiate W/D which makes me feel like shit for a day or two.. tbh though not as bad as a heavy stim comedown, the only thing that’s better about a stim comedown is not the want to redose. least on opiates you can eat and sleep though.
I find alcohol helps.. also just laying in a bed all day helps the aches, just eat and drink as much as possible if you can, takes your mind off it and fills you with goodness.
