Norton is a bitch. Get AVG or Avast! and malwarebytes for when it doesn’t work. But yeah, what you are describing with the streaming failing and some pages failing to load is your firewall going berzerk and being strict.
No obvious way of uninstalling the cunt. Looks like I need to download another program (which Norton probably won’t allow) just to remove it?

If you’re using windows it should be in the control panel for adding/removing programs.

I only had Norton once and ending up removing it, it’s pain in the arse……….. as above far better off with Avast, does the job, nice & simple to use and cheap to buy/download online
You needa reformat psy, mcafee and norton get in to every nook n cranny and is never fully gone when you think you’ve uninstalled all of it. Avast is lovely, it keeps itself to itself, doesn’t hound or annoy you and it’s been my stable wee friend for a few years now with never an issue.
This cool chick voices over your tunes occasionally ”avast! Virus database has been updated”! If the moments right it can be so funny lol

Yeah I clocked that shit, uninstalled McAfee but still found all these files from it lurking about like poltergeists. Avast it shall be, enough of you have recommended it.
Bastard friendly conman, er I mean salesperson.
Got rid of the bastard.
That was like popping a particularly satisfying spot.

You sure it’s gone definitely? =P
No because it made fuck all difference. Still able to stream bugger all.
Oh wait the difference is I’m now vulnerable to Trojan rape
I’m pretty certain you gotta reformat and start afresh, there’s no getting that shit off your puter :/

Do you have the default windows firewall enabled? It could be that maybe.
And if you removed the program properly it should be off the computer.
How can I fully remove Norton Antivirus from my system? from Ask Dave Taylor!®
You need to manually remove a few files and all but yeah. The guide should help you there.
No firewall on but I’ll have a look see at that guide, see what I’ve missed.
Pffft. I’m still learning to navigate my way through Windows 8 and that guide isn’t applicable to it. Why do they change things so much? I don’t really care for a ‘new feel’ I would prefer ease and familiarity

Are you sure? Because the files should be in similar directories and whatnot on your hard drive. I don’t have my windows 8 machine on me at the moment but a lot of the same rules should apply.
