It doesn’t surprise me. A few of my former friends who were boshing them with me developed addictions and found it really difficult to come off them. Maybe my unnaturally high metabolism has something to do with it? These Nitrazepam have a 40hour+ half life yet I take twice recommended dose, have 4 hours sleep and spring out of bed fresh as daisies. And for me to wake up feeling so replenished especially after 4hours sleep is a rarity.

At least they allow you to get a bit of kip mate – that’s better than half the stuff you’ve been stuck on previously!

This is very true. Last stuff the doctor gave me was Zolpidem. Gave me just about every side effect apart from sleep. First few nights I felt really needy and overly affectionate, like the loved up feelin of an E but obviously no euphoric buzz. Then it started to make me aggressive, kicked through my bathroom window (somehow avoiding any significant damage to myself) but had no cause for it. Fucked off the Zolpidem then went back to my ‘normal’ sleep deprived self. Tried zopiclone in the past though and that didn’t agree with me so should have known Zolpidem wouldn’t have been any better.

    Good morning me :weee:

Been up all night, again. Seem to have developed a heavy tolerance to Nitrazepam already despite it only being prescribed earlier in the week. Boo!

careful on then benzos psy, don’t want you to end p with a habbit.

    boo!

Return of the Mac. Return of the insomniac that is. That didn’t makes sense but nothing makes sense when I’m sober and on a hype with my nipple

Hahahaha. I love autopredict. It’s just acts as a highly entertaining random word generator sometimes.

I have bipolar disorder not nipple disorder. Left one’s oddly stretchy and seemingly lacks nerve endings but I have far greater concerns in life so don’t really consider my numb nipple of elasticity too problematic.

Got enough benzos of various types to comatose a small army of ninja elephants or one giant moth. Considered my approximate consumption of between 150-200mg xanax on Monday though I see no point. I’ve officially reached benzo immunity. Sad panda.

Talk to me mysterious guest person! I’m soo alone.

    Hi Psyentist!

Ha, company. I was beginning to think I was the only person currently using the internet lol. What stirs you at this hour?

I can’t sleep either. Was trying to write music but I don’t really feel inspired at the moment. Therefore trawling the internet seems the correct solution.

Yep. Brain wants to engage in productive activity but any attempt just leads to some weird physical revolt in concentration. Body too tired to commit.

And what’s your excuse for being a nightcrawler this time?

Lack of melatonin production? Not sure, awaiting some blood results that may give an insight. It’s become so disruptive to my life at the mo I’m trying to suss the actual cause rather than short cutting to sleep with benzodiazepines and weed. Was never a realistic long term solution so might as well get it sorted while I have the motivation and time to do something about it.

Good shout. I seriously don’t get how you survive at work without shutting down. I can only do that when I’m on a big manic episode or there’s some task I NEED to finish (like at certain hack events and stuff)
