The time i took to writte something about that was so long that when i began there wewre o replirs and when i post it there where 10 replies Fucking english. and all i wanted writte initially i forget to put it wasthat in 1994 , the death if i rememberdropped from 400 overdose a year to 100 ( something like that)

Public Health England / NHS National Treatment agency have published a report addressing the rise in deaths (and also point out that deaths amongst age 20-29 are increasing as well as older users).

      https://www.gov.uk/government/news/new-recommendations-to-address-deaths-from-drug-misuse-published

In the full report aimed at healthcare professionals (link below) they advocate a return to the use of substitute prescription and provision of supervised consumption facilities..

HOW CAN THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT FROM UK EXPLAINING SUCH CATASTROPHIC RESULTS?

to be fair Public Health England come across as ashamed of these findings and have themselves suggested going back to harm reduction based treatment. NHS Wales / GIG Cymru already have better treatment but they are dragged down because England and Wales healthcare stats are counted separately.

It is not the fault of the health authorities; it is the British voting public who have had two elections and chose to vote in this right wing government in a hope of saving taxes and wanting to be different from the rest of Europe.

That the same situation in the Phillipines – coincidentally many healthcare workers in England are from PH and none of them like what is going on in their country, as it is almost civil war.

Some who work at the same place I do explained why people in PH would have voted in Dueterte in the first place, it is because corruption had got so bad there as well as worries about their local economy and competition for work with other nearby nations.

In the same way (some) English people felt dominated by EU and other countries like DE, NL are getting better deals (not 100% true, there are many social problems in these countries) in PH they feel dominated by CN (apparently there are many Chinese “drugs tourists” amongst expats there) and that MY and SG get better business deals, even though the reality is that the countries which “do better” tend to have more of a sense of community and trust in government.
