Suppositories are used either to provide a local action in the rectum, or as an alternative to oral forms of medicine (eg when someone is continuously feeling sick or is unable to take anything by mouth). The medicine is easily absorbed from the rectum as there is a rich supply of blood vessels in this area.

I’ve got a mate who’s stuck pills up his arse. He maintains that this is the best way as you get the most intense rush ever. He is a sick motherfucker tho cos he said one time they wouldn’t quite reach up there so he went old school on em even tho they had bit’s of poo on em!! The lad is one sick deviant!!:yakk:

Some one was telling me about doing pills this way before, apparently to get the best effect you have to push until your at the knuckles.

Not what i would do, imagine being in the loo’s of a club and the bouncers walking in on you with your finger knuckle deep up your arse :laugh_at:
