sorry to bring this thread up from the darkest depths of our v. v. rainy summer but i havent been on this forum for ages and thought i should post on this. completely wasted and having the naked gold man come at you wasn’t the most pleasant sight to be confronted with at 9am on saturday morning, but he absolutely cracked me and my mates up. we couldnt believe he had the balls (scuse the pun) to even do it. we’re still talking about him now. after speaking to one of my mates who was unfortunately absent from this years glade, he seemed to know all about the naked gold man. apparently he was at glasto and goes to a lot of other festivals!!!!!!! :you_crazy
oh yeah and on the last night (sun) we noticed that up on the top of the hill, a portaloo lorry had backed itself onto the metal fences and was threatening to cover the surrounding tents in about 3 days worth of sewage. thankfully we weren’t camped nearby and made a quick exit but the sheer look of horror on nearby campers was dreadful. anyway a wicked weekend had by all. will definitely be going next year.
