Having a drinking problem does not mean that a person is alcoholic, or addicted to alcohol. The person may only need to cut down rather than abstain. Many find the idea of drinking in moderation more acceptable and achievable than abstaining entirely from alcohol.

I will have one drink every three or four months. However, I do not like the taste or effects. Now I smoke weed instead 🙂

gone through fazes of heavy heavy drinking often by myself, literally drinking from 10am till i pass out, I was homeless and living above a pub at one point in my life when my drinking was at it’s worst, I can remember waking up (after passing out the night before) to take a piss at like 5am still dark outside and there would be booze left beside my cabinet and I’d carry on were i left off from the night before, by 10am i would be sh*tfaced again.

crazy days i got fat as fuck from all the guinness my face was fucking huge, this went on for 200-250 days then i knew it was time to stop.

advice for any heavy drinkers/people who have a problem, if your gonna drink stick to the beer, it’s the fucking rum & whisky that fucks your liver up.

i still enjoy a few beers from time to time but it’s never too late for anyone to change i was in a bad place when i drank that amount

The effects of alcohol drinking and what should be necessary steps to be taken.In starting phase keep a small amount or no alcohol at home. Don’t keep temptations around.

So rarely that I count myself as a non-drinker. But my mate stayed a couple of nights ago and left a litre of Vodka when he left. Well, not a fan of booze but will make use of free alcohol. So having not slept at all last night, and spending all night smoking pot and taking bennies. I resumed smoking today as well as polishing off the bottle of vodka. Still pissed now, but sober enough to type at least, unlike at 5pm when I finished the bottle.

That’s quite impressive actually. And I need to slow down my intake somewhat too as it happens but it’s going have to wait until I fix another rather significant aspect of my life first.
